Cadence Exits explores the syntax used to glue the raw materials of time-based media together in a simulated time or space. The audiovisual alchemy of the medium becomes disrupted, rearranged, transformed, or exists seamlessly on its own. Effortlessly, the domain of the subject tip toes between dichotomies of ‘here – there’, ‘past – present’, ‘now – never’.
